Shipping & Returns
All orders are posted from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. We Typically dispatch our orders within 48 hours of purchasing, on business days (Monday-Friday). If possible, we aim to have your order posted on the same day as purchase if ordered before 3pm. The order status will be emailed to you once your orders have been dispatched.
At this stage, we do not ship internationally. If you do not live in Australia and wish to purchase from Liella Silk, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure you write your correct postal address. Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer a property of Liella Silk and you will need to get in contact with Australia Post if any problems occur.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - FAULTY ITEMS (if applicable)

If you receive a faulty or damaged item from Liella Silk, please kindly contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund (if applicable).
