Shipping & Returns
All orders are posted from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. We Typically dispatch our orders within 48 hours of purchasing, on business days (Monday-Friday). If possible, we aim to have your order posted on the same day as purchase if ordered before 3pm. The order status will be emailed to you once your orders have been dispatched.
Please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive when shipping internationally. If you have any queries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure you write your correct postal address before confirming your order. Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer a property of Liella Silk and you will need to get in contact with Australia Post if any problems occur.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - Faulty Items (if applicable)
We love our customers and their support, therefore, satisfactory is important to us. If you receive a faulty or damaged item from Liella Silk, please kindly contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund (if applicable).
